This is a Self-Operated Three-Way Control Valve, a multi-path flow control valve that operates without external power, driven by the medium’s own pressure. It mainly consists of a diaphragm actuator (with adjusting spring) and a three-way valve body (marked DN80 for nominal diameter, Class 100 for pressure rating):It senses the medium pressure via the diaphragm actuator, and cooperates with the spring preload to automatically adjust the valve core opening, realizing functions such as fluid confluence (two paths merging into one) and diversion (one path splitting into two), while stably controlling flow or pressure. The bypass pipeline facilitates on-site debugging and emergency operation.
Suitable for medium-low pressure working conditions, it is used in medium distribution and mixing processes in petrochemical, HVAC, water supply and drainage industries, enabling automatic pipeline medium scheduling in scenarios without external power.
