It senses the outlet steam pressure via the diaphragm actuator and compares it with the spring preload: when the outlet pressure is higher than the set value, the valve core moves upward to reduce the flow area and lower the pressure; when the pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core moves downward to increase the flow area and raise the pressure, thus automatically reducing high-pressure steam to a stable low-pressure value.
Made of stainless steel to adapt to high-temperature steam working conditions, the external adjusting spring facilitates on-site pressure setting. It is suitable for steam systems in petrochemical, textile, food industries, ensuring subsequent equipment operates under stable pressure.
