This is a Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve, an automatic pressure-stabilizing valve that operates without external power (electricity, compressed air), driven by the pressure difference of the medium itself. It mainly consists of a diaphragm actuator (with spring), valve core-seat, and valve body:It senses the medium pressure via the diaphragm actuator and compares it with the spring preload: when the medium pressure is higher than the set value, the valve core moves upward to reduce the flow area and lower the pressure; when the pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core moves downward to increase the flow area and raise the pressure, thus automatically maintaining stable outlet (or inlet) pressure.
With a simple structure, low maintenance cost, and no need for external control equipment, it is suitable for pressure stabilization scenarios in petrochemicals, gas transmission, water supply and drainage industries, and can adapt to various media such as gas and liquid.
