This is a Self-Operated Nitrogen Sealing Regulator Valve, an automatic pressure-stabilizing valve that operates without external power (e.g., electricity, compressed air), driven by the pressure difference of the medium itself. It mainly consists of a pilot controller, diaphragm actuator, and valve body:The pilot controller senses pressure changes in the storage tank, automatically adjusting the nitrogen flow into the tank: when the tank pressure is lower than the set value, the valve opens to supplement nitrogen; when the pressure reaches the set value, the valve closes. This maintains a slight positive pressure (nitrogen sealing state) in the tank, preventing external air from entering or medium volatilization in the tank.

This valve requires no external control equipment and is easy to maintain. It is suitable for nitrogen sealing systems of storage tanks in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries, effectively protecting tank media (e.g., volatile, oxidizable materials).
