Self-Operated High Differential Pressure Control Valve

This is a Self-Operated High Differential Pressure Control Valve, an automatic flow control valve that operates without external power and is suitable for high differential pressure working conditions. It mainly consists of a diaphragm actuator (with high-pressure spring), valve core assembly, and high-pressure resistant valve body:Driven by the medium’s own pressure difference, it senses the inlet-outlet pressure change via the diaphragm actuator, and cooperates with the preload of the high-pressure spring to automatically adjust the valve core opening, stably controlling the fluid flow under high differential pressure conditions (which can alleviate valve core erosion and wear caused by high differential pressure). The valve body is made of high-pressure resistant stainless steel, with a built-in special valve core structure (e.g., multi-stage pressure reduction) to reduce fluid impact and extend service life.

It is suitable for high differential pressure pipelines in petrochemical, coal chemical industries (e.g., reactor inlets/outlets, high-pressure fluid pressure reduction branches), enabling stable flow control in high differential pressure scenarios.
