Pneumatic Diaphragm Control Valve

This valve is a Pneumatic Diaphragm Control Valve, an automatic control valve that uses compressed air as the power source. It drives the diaphragm movement via a pneumatic diaphragm actuator to precisely regulate fluid parameters such as flow rate and pressure.

Composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a diaphragm valve body, it features a simple structure, low flow resistance, high flow capacity, and zero external leakage. The valve body can be lined with corrosion-resistant materials (e.g., PTFE, rubber), and the diaphragm is made of rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making it suitable for regulating strong alkaline, corrosive, toxic, high-viscosity, or suspended-particle media.
