High-Pressure Cast Steel Flanged Check Valve

This is a High-Pressure Cast Steel Flanged Check Valve, an automatic one-way valve designed for high-pressure working conditions. It mainly consists of a WCB cast steel valve body (marked “WCB” indicates carbon steel material), a disc-shaped valve core, and a sealed valve seat:It allows forward fluid flow by pushing the valve core open with positive pressure; when the fluid flows backward, the valve core automatically fits the valve seat to block backflow, preventing medium backflow in high-pressure pipelines (e.g., water hammer after pump shutdown, medium reverse contamination).

The valve body marked “300” corresponds to Class 300 pressure rating (suitable for high-pressure scenarios). It adopts flange + bolt connection, with excellent sealing performance and pressure resistance. It is widely used in high-pressure pipeline systems in petrochemical, high-pressure hydraulic, power and other industries to ensure one-way stable fluid transportation.
