Ceramic-Lined Knife Gate Valve

This is a Ceramic-Lined Knife Gate Valve, an on-off valve designed for abrasive media. It mainly consists of a handwheel drive mechanism, metal valve body, and ceramic lining/knife gate plate:Its valve flow channel and knife gate plate are made of wear-resistant ceramic (e.g., alumina, silicon carbide), which has high hardness and wear resistance. The handwheel drives the knife gate plate to lift vertically, cutting off fluids containing particles or highly abrasive materials (e.g., ore slurry, fly ash slurry, chemical slag).

Compared with ordinary knife gate valves, it has a significantly longer wear life and excellent sealing performance. It is suitable for abrasive medium transmission pipelines in mining, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, enabling reliable on-off control.
