Self-Operated High-Pressure Control Valve

This is a Self-Operated High-Pressure Control Valve, an automatic flow/pressure control valve that operates without external power and is suitable for high-pressure working conditions. It mainly consists of a high-pressure diaphragm actuator (with a strong adjusting spring) and a stainless steel valve body (marked “CF8” corresponds to 304 stainless steel):Driven by the medium’s own high pressure, it senses pressure changes via the diaphragm actuator, and cooperates with the spring preload to automatically adjust the valve core opening, stably controlling the flow or pressure of high-pressure fluid (which can alleviate erosion and wear of the valve core by high-pressure media).

Made of stainless steel, it has excellent high-pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems in petrochemical, coal chemical industries (e.g., high-pressure reactor outlets, high-pressure fluid pressure reduction branches), enabling precise regulation of high-pressure media in scenarios without external power.
