It mainly consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator, valve positioner, filter regulator, and high-temperature valve body (marked DN65 indicates nominal diameter):It receives control signals (e.g., 4-20mA) via the valve positioner, adjusts the air pressure in the actuator to drive the valve core to lift, and changes the flow area to precisely control the flow of high-temperature fluids (e.g., high-temperature steam, heat transfer oil). The valve body is made of high-temperature resistant material (e.g., high-temperature alloy steel), which can adapt to the temperature resistance and sealing requirements of high-temperature media, ensuring stable operation under high-temperature working conditions.
