Stainless Steel Air Release Valve

When the pipeline is filled with medium, internal air gathers in the valve body; the float drops as the air volume decreases, opening the air vent to discharge air. When the air is exhausted and the valve body is filled with medium, the float rises due to buoyancy, closing the air vent to prevent medium leakage. The top filter screen prevents impurities from entering the valve body and affecting operation.

Made of 304 stainless steel (marked “CF8”), it has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for Class 150 pressure rating. It is widely used in pipeline systems of water supply and drainage, HVAC, chemical industries, avoiding “air blockage” caused by air accumulation and ensuring smooth fluid transportation.
